Dany Weus is an award-winning artist who is represented internationally by the Galerie du Marais situated in the historic Place des Vosges, Paris.
Dany won national recognition in Australia in 1998 and 1999 with his entries in the annual Wynne Prize for Landscapes at the Art Gallery of New South Wales.
More recently, in 2005, he won the Oils & Acrylics section of the Scenic Rim Art Awards.
Dany’s contemporary works mark a shift in his artistic style which he describes as "a natural progression" for his art. "The more I painted, the more I wanted to break away and just lose myself in the intensity of the creative process, using colour and form, rather than subject matter, to express what is in my mind’s eye."
