Tabitha Smith
Tabitha has always been interested in the arts and has been making bead jewellery since her childhood. She studied art history at UQ and has been actively involved in a number of arts festivals and workshop programs.
In 1995, she won a design competition at the Phantast Festival, Beenleigh.
As well as making beads, Tabitha has also learnt the art of fire-eating and fire-breathing, performing at various performance arts events including the Cirque de Lune street festival in Boonah.
Tabitha makes her own lampwork glass beads in great colour combinations for her jewellery pieces.
